Salman and Katrina Spotted On A Date At A Cafe

Love birds Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif were spotted at a Bandra, Mumbai cafe on Sunday June 28th evening.

Our source who was incidentally present at the Salt Water Cafe, the newly opened cafe ahead of Lilavati Hospital, Bandra, revealed, "Salman and Katrina arrived together at around 6pm.

Both were looking extremely happy and it appeared as if they had arrived to celebrate the success of Katrina's new release New York. She was smiling nonstop while talking to him. The people around them were left completely star struck and no one dared to disturb the lovers."

The source further added, "When any one around would stare for long at Katrina, Salman would stare back at him/her.

Generally the two used to be often seen at the coffee shops near Salman's Bandra Bandstand house such as Cafe Coffee Day or Barista but may be they came here because being a Sunday those places would have been extremely crowded."

Both were there for over an hour.

DNA Confirmed - Shiney Had Sex With His Maid

The DNA test reports of rape-accused Shiney Ahuja have confirmed that the Bollywood actor had physical relationships with his teenaged maid who had alleged that the film star had raped her, a police official said here Monday.

"We have received the test reports and they confirm the allegations made by the victim in the police complaint against the accused, " Amitabh Gupta, Additional Police Commissioner of Mumbai (North Region) told this evening. However, Gupta declined to comment further in the matter.

Independent sources said that the DNA samples of the accused matched the samples taken from the 18-year-old victim, who had also suffered scratch marks on her body.

Investigators had also taken samples of other articles from Shiney's residence in the posh Versova area of Andheri west for evidence, including semen stains detected there.

The development comes a week after Shiney's blood sample reports had nailed his claim that he was drunk when he was accused of raping his domestic help.

The blood sample report also clearly mentioned that he was not drunk and was in his full senses at the time of the incident that day.

Shortly after his arrest, Shiney's wife Anupam had rushed to his defence and declared that he neither smoked nor consumed alcohol. The two latest reports could seriously blunt the actor's self-defence.

On June 14, Shiney's domestic help had lodged a police complaint alleging rape by the actor.

After his arrest, he was shunted to police custody and is presently in judicial custody till July 2 (Thursday).

If the charges against him are proved in court, Shiney faces a minimum seven-year jail sentence.

A team of the National Commission of Women (NCW) rushed to Mumbai and met all the concerned parties, including the victim and her family members.

Following the NCW visit, Chief Minister Ashok Chavan had announced that the Shiney rape case would be transferred to a fast track court soon.

According to close friends, Katrina was petrified of the isolation in her adopted place of residence. That's why when Salman Khan's family took her in their fold she was eternally indebted to them.

Today, the fact that she wants to return home and reclaim her entire family tree in one swoop, and that too for an occasion where Salman last year created major embarrassment for her, proves she's trying hard to gently move away from her adopted family in Mumbai.

Katrina of course doesn't admit to any of this.

"I'm just so looking forward to being with all my sisters. My brother is also taking the time off to be in London for the first time in years with all of us sisters. I've been with some of my siblings in London. But never all. It's not holiday for me. It's a necessity. And nothing can stop from making it happen."
